CANCELLATION POLICY
In order to register for our courses, you must agree to our strict 4 week cancellation policy. You can reschedule to a new course date only (you may not change the course) up to 4 weeks prior to the course date (a transfer fee of $199 will apply). If you cancel/reschedule after the 4 week cut off or do not show up to class, your deposit will not be eligible for transfer to another course date or location and you will be subject to the full balance due. No refunds are allowed.
CERTIFICATION
If you are not able to be certified (as determined by our instructors) on the day of your course, you may join any other class (same course type only) within a 12 month period from the date of your original course. A catering fee will apply.
For in person classes, you will receive your certificate(s) at the end of the course (provided you have passed). For virtual classes, your certificate will be mailed via Canada Post within 2 weeks from the completion date of your course. Replacement certificate copies will require prepayment of a $25 administration fee as well as $7 per certificate replaced.
TAX RECEIPT
To request a tax receipt for educational deductions on your income tax, please send your request to: info@mynei.ca within 60 from the date of your course. Any requests after this date will incur an administrative fee of $25.
MINIMUM NUMBER REQUIREMENTS
National Extension Institute reserves the right to postponed courses if minimum numbers are not met. Minimum numbers depend on a few factors such as courses of attendees, location and date. If we need to postpone a course, the new date will be the next scheduled date for that location. If you are not able to attend the new date, you will be given the opportunity to transfer to a new date (same location) and the transfer fee will be waived (you will need to notify National Extension Institute within 3 business days otherwise the transfer fee will apply).
COURSE FEES
All course fees are due on the day of class and are plus tax (tax rate charged is dependent on the location of the course) less your deposit. Our preferred method of payment is etransfer or cash however we do accept credit cards for final payment which will be subject to a processing fee of 3.99%. If you do not show up for your course or cancel within 4 weeks prior to the course date, you authorize IAOB (National Extension Institute) to charge the balance of the course fee on the credit card that was used for registration.
